Owner/President
Mr. Anderson holds two Bachelor degrees from Humboldt State
University, Arcata, California: Natural Resource Planning
and Geography with an emphasis in Cartography. Mr. Anderson
has been providing planning services throughout the valley
and foothills since 1984. In 1993, Mr. Anderson founded J.B.
Anderson Land Use Planning. Mr. Anderson has extensive knowledge
and understanding of the California Environmental Quality
Act (CEQA), California Zoning and Development Laws, Surface
Mining and Reclamation Act (SMARA), California Subdivision
Map Act, Williamson Act, and California Government Code as
well as over 20-years experience in public and private sector
planning.

Mr. Niskanen’s knowledge and experience with processing
of Environmental Documents in accordance with the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental
Policy Act (NEPA) respectfully, is one of true merit. Mr.
Niskanen obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration
with an emphasis in City and Regional Planning from San Diego
State University, San
